Street classes are offered to pupils from the age of 5 years, of which we call our boogie babes. This class was added due to high demand from our younger students and has proved to be a great success. Street classes have the most mixed ages of all our classes, as our next class available is for 9 to 12 year olds. The next class available is for 12 to 18 year olds. We also offer street jazz classes to adults of all ages.

  Street dance is a class that includes limbering to enhance your flexibility. It is a very fast paced class requiring plenty of energy and stamina. The dancing is always to fast funky chart music. Pupils love the variety street classes offer. Although we do not offer exams for our street classes our pupils love the chance to learn several different dances in a short space of time, without having to follow or learn any syllabus work.

So although it is a very lively and energetic form of dance class lots of our students use it as a relaxation class, as there is not the pressure of perfection that there is in exam classes.
